Colonial Village
Colonial village is scheduled to open in the Winter of 2018, as continuing care retirement community in Overland Park, KS. There is no entrance fee required at Colonial Village. Colonial Village features:
- Independent Living Apartments – 46 residences for people who wish to remain independent and enjoy the comforts of an active community.
- Assisted Living Apartments – 34 apartments offering additional services for those who need some help with day-to-day activities such as dressing, bathing, medication reminders, or other personal items.
- Rehabilitation & Health Care – space for 40 residents offering rehabilitation and long-term health care in private or semi-private rooms.
