Kennybrook Village
In 2011, Kennybrook Village welcomed its Founders Circle as they moved into their new continuing care retirement community in Grimes, Iowa. Kennybrook Village opened with ninty-seven percent occupancy in the Independent Living community and quickly filled the Assisted Living and Healthcare/Rehabilitation communities. Kennybrook Village is a modest, boutique style community offering seniors the security of knowing that, as their needs change, they are able to continue to live in their community.
Kennybrook Village features:
- Independent Living Apartments – 32 residences for those seeking the freedom of independent living without the burdens of home ownership.
- Assisted Living Apartments – 34 apartments designed for folks who can live on their own for the most part, but who need some help with day-to-day activities such as dressing, bathing, medication reminders, or other personal services.
- Rehabilitation & Health Care – space for 34 residents who can benefit from health care during a recovery or a long-term stay.
