Northridge Village opened in July of 2015 in Ames, Iowa as a rental community.

Independent Living Apartments – 39 One and two bedroom apartments
Assisted Living Apartments – 34 One and two bedroom apartments
Rehabilitation & Health Care – space for 40 residents offering rehabilitation and long-term health care in private or semi-private rooms.
