Prairie Vista Village opened in Altoona, Iowa on July 1, 2014. Priarie Vista Village opened with one hundred percent occupancy in the Independent Living community. Like Kennybrook Village, Prairie Vista Village offeres Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Rehabiliation & Health Care.

- Assisted Living Apartments – 34 apartments designed to supply the services which help residents with acitivies of daily living.
- Rehabilitation & Health Care – space for 38 residents to recovery after surgery with the help of Physical, Occupational, and Speach therapy, or stay for a longer time if needed.
